It was a difficult weekend all over the country to find somewhere flyable, but our friends up north said that they were expecting some good weather.... It turned out to be worth the drive.

We stayed with Jules "The Judge" in Aberdeen. He and the AHPC helped us get flying in the Cairngorms on Morrone and Morvan on Saturday and Sunday.

On Saturday, the conditions were a bit strong, so we waited around for a few hours before it dropped off and we got some flying.A beautiful place to hang out, before hitting the town in Aberdeen that evening!

On Sunday, we walked all the way up Morvan to find that there was no wind, so we flew back down to the lower east facing (i think) ridge where there was a good thermic breeze! We had some really nice flying.

It was good to meet all the AHPC bunch too.
